Other than the County of Harrassment and Discrimination Policy which does nothing to inform me or the public about why First District Rex Bohn is being investigated, this is the response I got from the County of Humboldt a few minutes ago.
I walked in briefly this afternoon to the Board of Supervisor's meeting this afternoon for a few seconds while storm damage was being discussed. Rex has not parked in front of or the side of the Courthouse Monday or Tuesday.
The only item of interest for me on today's agenda is the lawsuit against the County of Humboldt I reported on this weekend.
The lawsuit alleges John KS Doe was "sexually abused, harassed and molested at the hands of Humboldt County Deputy Probation Officers and employees (hereinafter referred to as "THE PERPETRATORS")". The alleged incidents took place at the Humboldt County Juvenile Hall.The alleged conduct "on or after January 1, 2002."
These kind of lawsuits happen due to the good ole boy and gal mentality of Humboldt, their bootlickers and those who cover for them.
I have my own hunch about these alleged violations by Rex and I am being observant.
