Russell Martin Albers was arrested by HCSO early a.m. today for PC 243 (e) (1) domestic battery.
Albers has four cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system including two convictions in a 2004 and 2009 case.
The age and middle name matches a Russell Albers who lives in Mckinleyville.
Anyone know if this is the same Russell Albers who got into a confrontation in 2015 at a casino, according to this Mad River Union log.
