Charles Lloyd Gay was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 243(E)(1) domestic battery. Gay's bail was $25,000. He was released on O.R and he is out of custody.
Last April, Gay was arrested at a 4th street motel by EPD's POP unit for probation violation and drug sales which included meth and heroin.
Last April, a bail enhancement and proof of source of income was approved by a Humboldt County Superior Judge due to Gay’s continuous arrests for sales of narcotics.
In March 2021, POP arrested Gay at the same 4th street motel for probation violation, meth,heroin and fentanyl sales.
