County Mental Health evaluation for meds and CONREP recommendation for placement for Wesley Starritt was heard today.
Starritt was ordered to participate in an inpatient program at the State Hospital. Despite his objection to anti psychotic meds, Starritt is a danger to others and the Court found he lacks the capacity to make decisions regarding anti psychotic meds and they will be administered to him.
