Judicial intervention with Judge Timothy Canning was scheduled on June 26 for murder suspect Antone Aubrey's case.
This will be held in Judge's Chambers because murder suspect Pamela Millsap's preliminary hearing is now on Day 3. If it resolves, the preliminary hearing will be on break to take the plea.
Mr. Clanton can then change his quote from the last hearing to,"We are resolving this case; apparently."
Deputy Candace Myers is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Aubrey's attorney.
Trial confirmation is on June 30. Jury trial is scheduled for July 13.
