KTUL reports that Tulsa police said that Sheila Buck was arrested after President Trump's campaign staff requested that an individual be removed from the secure area of the rally.

If you watch the videos being shared on social media, it shows TPD  talking with Sheila Buck for several minutes trying to convince her voluntarily. After several minutes requesting her to leave, Buck was escorted out of the area and transported to booking for obstruction.

Buck says on the video tweeted by MSNBC that she is being removed because the shirt she is wearing, that she had a ticket to the rally and that she is a Tulsa resident who has never been arrested.

Morgan Chesky, on of the reporters live on scene clarified and added information to the video.

"Some additional context on this arrest outside Tulsa’s BOK Center.

The woman, who introduced herself as Tulsa resident Sheila Buck was allowed inside initial security gate before being told to step aside away from crowd."

"MORE: Upon being told she would not be allowed inside due to her #ICantBreathe shirt Buck sat down as others filed towards event. Tulsa Police approached her and started a dialogue. "

"Due to Buck being inside the area blocked off for rally, Tulsa Police informed her she was trespassing and would need to leave the area by choice or be removed by officers."

"ARREST: After telling Tulsa PD she had right to be there, police asked Buck, “Are you going to make us force you out?”

“Yes,” said Buck."

"Regarding Buck’s ticket to tonight’s @POTUS rally, Tulsa PD told her that since it was a private event her ticket could be revoked. "

"For added clarity, it was campaign security who initially singled out Buck from crowd. They in turn, rely on Tulsa PD to enforce their stance, which in this case was a revoked ticket and dismissal from event."
