Casey O’Leary Menanno had 8 cases on for arraignment today, including the one for his most recent arrest In two other cases, he is represented by Mr. Manny Daskal. He was most recently arrested by the HCDTF on June 16.
Confirmation of counsel for the cases today, completing arraignment and service of a protective order was continued to June 23.
After hearing all the charges against him,today, Menanno's response was, "No possibility for bail?"
Several cases has $0 bail due to the emergency bail schedule. In three other cases, his bail is $25,000, $25,000 and $35,000 totaling $85,000.
I am not going to list every single countand special allegation for all cases but they include several drug charges, disobeying a court protective order, receiving stolen property and burglary. Weed, heroin and drug paraphernalia were mentioned in a few cases. Menna has co-defendants in two cases mentioned today. In several cases today, Judge Lawrence Killoran mentioned the offenses were committed while Menano was released from custody on OR.
Deputy District Attorney David Moutrie was present in court for the People.
