Ralph Horn had a probable cause hearing scheduled on June 30 on a petition to have him committed as a sexually violent predator. It was continued to July 6 since Horn wants to be personally present.
People plan to submit on documents.
On May 16, 2019 Horn entered a plea to one count of sexual battery. He was sentenced. Horn is in custody.
Deputy Public Defender Owen Tipps is Horn's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor on the case.
