Edward Pena's jury trial was rescheduled for July

Jury trial scheduled for June 22 for former therapist Edward Pena was vacated at trial assignment today.

Dates were rescheduled to July 13 for trial confirmation and a hearing on the 995 motion. Jury trial is on July 27.

District Attorney Maggie Fleming appeared on the case today for the People. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Pena's attorney.
