Further trial confirmation was scheduled for Antone Aubrey on June 30. Jury trial ischeduled for July 13 confirmed. Trial assignment is on July 10.
Judicial intervention took place on June 26 with Judge Timothy Canning. Both the People and defense confirmed for trial. Time estimate, including jury selection and the NGI portion is 6 to 8 weeks.
Deputy Candace Myers is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Roger Rees appeared on the case today Mr. Russ Clanton is Aubrey's attorney. Ms. Sara Zalkin appeared for Mr. Clanton.
