"We are not resolving this case; apparently"

At trial confirmation for murder suspect Antone Aubrey this morning, further trial confirmation was scheduled at the request of both the People and the defense. Jury trial on July 13 remains set, for now.

Mr. Russ Clanton is Aubrey's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy DA Jane Mackie appeared in court on her behalf on tbis case today.

Both the People and defense stated logistics of scheduling witnesses with the uncertainty of when the Courthouse will be open to the public."

Three doctors and 10 to 15 witnesses expected to testify. "We are not resolving this case; apparently," said Mr. Clanton.
