Setting for jury trial for Eric Harmon's most recent case was scheduled on June 3. Harmon had nine cases on calendar on June 3.
On April 11, the People made a two year offer to resolve Harmon's latest case if Harmon stipulates to two years with all custody credits to be put towards his older cases. Due to the emergency bail schedule, Harmon was released from custody.
Trial confirmation is on 9/9; jury trial is scheduled for 9/21.
Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler appeared on behalf of the People. Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps was present for Harmon. If courts are open, Harmon was ordered to appear.
