Charmaine Lynette Stapp arrested again yesterday by HCSO for PC 273.5(a), corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant. This is a felony charge. She was released from custody on June 10 per PC 849 (b)
She was arrested in May for public intoxication and released on O.R. since it is a misdemeanor.
