When you have been arrested so often that you propose a resolution for your own cases

Frequently arrested Sandra Belisle had OR/bail hearing on December 5. Through Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian she asked if she could serve a 60 day sentence for her parole violation in jail and this would also resolve the case for her most recent arrest.

Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward was open to discussing a resolution. In her misdemeanor case, she was placed on probation for two years, 16 days jail time which counted as served with credits. In her parole case, Belisle admitted the violation. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 17 days.
