Trial confirmation was scheduled for former Miss Hoopa, Kayla Brown this morning. Jury trial scheduled for January 14 was confirmed.
There have been attempts to resolve the case, previous jury trial dates confirmed since Brown's arrest in 2015.
Time estimate 15 days.
