Update on the Charles Riley and Cassandra Flower earlier post.
They are both still in custody since they have other cases pending. The Judge only ordered them release on the recent arson case and in that case, the District Attorney's office immediately refiled charges and they were rebooked.
Arraignment on 1/3/19. I will add future dates later.
