This morning Samantha Luna is scheduled to be arraigned on seven charges. She says she has an attorney.
In court today, Mr. Manny Daskal made a special appearance in court today for Mr. William Panzer, an Oakland attorney.
Pre-trial scheduled for December 11. General time waiver entered. Not guilty pleas entered, which is standard for arraignment. The case is in early resolution court.
