Public Policy Institute does ride along with HCSO for a report on crime and arrest rates in California

Representatives from the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) stopped by this week for a ride along and to learn more about what we do here at the Sheriff’s Office.



The group is researching and compiling arrest data for California to give a comprehensive look at crime, arrest rates, and perpetrator demographics. Their first report should be done by December, with a follow up report being published in 2019. Learn more at ppic.org
