Murder suspect Lorna Leen had intervention scheduled yesterday. She is charged with the murder of Brandon Brocius. Her preliminary is scheduled for November 7 was confirmed. Time estimate is two hours.
However, the defense has filed an order shortening of time, which means they have filed a motion.
