Two future dates set to "whittle down" down jury questionnaire in Marci Kitchen case

Two dates set in Marci Kitchen's case to finalize jury questionnaires. Defense submitted 28 pages; People submitted 10 pages.

An intervention is set for tomorrow, August 10 at 10:30 a.m. Intervention is usually held in a closed courtroom, then the courtroom is opened and any public discussion is stated "on record."

Judge Kaleb Cockrum indicated that the private discussion will occur "in chambers."

A special set at 3 p.m. on August 17 to "whittle down" the questionnaires is scheduled.  Again, initial discussion "off record" then attorneys can state objections on record.

Jury trial date was confirmed.
