Arraignment for Orick murder suspect Ronald Loureiro is scheduled this morning.
Charges are the same he was held to answer to after the preliminary hearing.
Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham is prosecuting the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge is representing Loureiro.
Trial setting is scheduled for October 16.
