I am a resident and small business owner that believes Eureka deserves better representation on council.  You and I would like to see clean streets where we feel safe walking at night.  You want a clean environment that is free of trash, needles and other eyesores.  Eureka is a historic town, with buildings that should be producing good jobs and opportunity.  Our local government will only work if we elect experienced people that care about Eureka's future.

My family has been proud to work in Eureka, where we own a successful music store in Old Town.  It's been an honor to meet local families and serve the needs of future generations!  I have employed several local residents over the years, and take pride in being a candidate that can read a profit-and-loss statement, balance a check book and comprehend a balance sheet!

While our infrastructure is crumbling, now is the time to elect a candidate who is comfortable putting your needs first, who understands how to negotiate with differing interests and who will always represent Eureka first.  Our neighbors deserve a fair shake, and our neighborhoods need better upkeep.  Vote for me to have a councilman that will have a councilman that will work with our law enforcement to enforce the successful camping ordinance and will continue supporting our panhandling laws.  Only with safe streets can we hope to keep our kids safe in school!

This is my home.  My ancestors worked in the dairy, logging and carpentry trades over four generations in Humboldt County.  Nine years ago my brothers and I purchased a musical instrument store in Old Town.  After some hard work, Mantova's Two Street Music is now a stunning success, with a large offering of inventory and a vibrant online-sales division. Our retail store has become the favorite destination of locals and travelers.  My story is a success story, and I want to bring some of that focus and energy as a city councilman.
