It was only a matter of time that Erik Neal got arrested, again

Erik Francis Neal arrested by Eureka Police Department for criminal threats yesterday.

He was released from jail last Friday.

Multiple violations of probations, arrested several times for assault and battery.  He has proved he will not follow through with outpatient treatment, so what is it going to take to either get him court mandated treatment or keep him in jail?
