Criminal proceedings suspended, Erik Neal may finally get the treatment he needs and the community won't be revictimized

Criminal proceedings were suspended today in Erik Neal's most recent case and arrest.



Dr. Ramirez will evaluate Erik Neal, that report is due 8/23/18. Resources and money could have been saved but Probation found Neal ineligible for involuntary psychiatric treatment and so he was released by the Court and had to be arrested again after revictimizing the community.
