"Lil Creeper" tried to fool the system but those pesky facts, his lies and that darn jail call!

Horacio Miranda aka "Lil Creeper" wanted to withdraw his guilty plea. 


Miranda had plead guilty in a 2017 case; he was charged with second degree robbery and a special allegation that he used a pistol during the commision of the crime.Miranda changed his mind before sentencing, got a private attorney.

Oral arguments  took place on November 16. Judge Reinholtsen issued a written ruling.
He denied the defense motion. 

Miranda will be sentenced on December 21.
