Preliminary hearing for David Kobak charged with murder of his roommate continued

A preliminary hearing for David Kobak was scheduled for this morning. Kobak is charged with the murder of Frederick Loftus.
Time estimate was four hours,no courtroom available today. Defense requested motion to continue to prepare. People did not object. Setting for preliminary hearing  set for November 15 at 10:15.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo and Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield are representing Kobak.
