Arson and assault suspect Anthony Domenico's jury trial confirmed

Anthony Domenico's jury trial is scheduled for November 6. Trial assignment was scheduled for this morning.



While jury trial was confirmed, Domenico's attorney Deputy Conflict Counsel Marek is is another jury trial. Domenico's case will "trail" that other case.

Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is prosecuting the case.
