Yesterday, Peter David Rousseau was arrested by HCSO for PC 646.9 (a) stalking. He posted bond.
Jessica Mari Temple was booked into the Humboldt County jail yesterday on an arrest warrant for PC 368(d) elder theft and PC 470(a) forgery.
Both these suspects are out of custody. At this time, they are just one of several Humboldt arrests. Whether I follow up on these arrests depends on many reasons and factors I have explained.
