This is a follow up post to my exclusive June 12 post on the Miranda's Rescue investigation. If you are of the few who did not read it, you can access it for free via the search feature on the blog or my Facebook news page.
I will leave it to readers to come to conclusions whether this verifies the tip that Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly Neel rejected the first HCSO warrant.
I have a copy of the signed search warrant and I asked Shannon Miranda if that matches what was given to him. It does not.
I am not linking my prior coverage to Miranda's Rescue. I did more than once recently.
If other media wasn't putting out incomplete information and unsubstantiated claims; if the drama gossipy Facebook crowd with agendas, biases against Shannon, me and others were ignored; and people did not spread the lies and smears; if we had a local Sheriff who acted professionally and gave a damn about appearances and ethics; maybe I would not have to do posts with facts from court records and other documents where people use their names and constantly correct information and others who seem to think that it is okay to destroy livelihoods and reputation.
