Today, setting for preliminary hearing was scheduled in the Tselin Lincoln and William Warren case. I already reported that Ms. Rebecca Linkous, Warren's attorney filed a motion to compel which was scheduled for 6/16.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Lincoln's attorney. Senior Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for both cases.
As expected, the setting was continued to next week. All attorneys agreed. I will add their remarks shortly. What is more important is that both defense attorney brought up the several gang allegations alleged and what the DA intends to present and can prove in this case.
