Convicted sex offender Shawn Lee Perrot isn't the only repeat offender arrested yesterday and whose name appears on today's booking log. He is the only one arrested yesterday by HCSO for PC 290.018(b) failure to register as a sex offender.
Perrot posted bond. In Humboldt Superior Court, there are no consequences for this charge.
