Ruben Ramirez at 21 is making a choice to throw away the second chance the DA is offering which this bad boy does not deserve

Since my last post on Bad Boy Ruben Ramirez, intervention was scheduled in CR2600621 + CR2302134B on 6/10/26. Dates get moved around a lot in many cases now and I find out when I check the court calendar.

I saw Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm and Deputy Public Defender David Celli walking out after intervention  and the frustration was obvious from what I heard Mr. Timm say. Nothing was resolved.

In CR2600621, trial confirmation is on 6/11. Defense intends to file motion to continue, jury trial date scheduled for 6/22 remains for now.

In CR2302134B, date remains set on 6/22 VOP revocation hearing.

Ramirez at 21 is wasting his life is his choice. If this case is going to drag on because Ramirez and the Public Defender's office want to throw away a second chance the DA is giving Ramirez which he does not deserve; I will decide whether I want to follow every hearing or even waste my time anymore on yet another Humboldt repeat offender.

There are too many posts on Ruben Ramirez for me to link and I am not doing that anymore with the number of Humboldt court cases I cover daily. My regular readers follow and read me daily and they know how to search for posts on the blog for free.

Everyone else who isn't reading me daily, doesn't want to put in effort to use the search feature needs to use one of the paid options and pay me for the extra time required and an individual, customized update.
