Anyone who has read my coverage of the Miranda's Rescue investigations is familiar with Chrisjenna Moore aka Jenna Moore. In my May 2, 2026 post, I have listed all the lawsuits and search results for Moore from Humboldt Superior Court.
But this post is about a civil lawsuit Moore filed against Ford Motor Company. Only I have reported on this lawsuit. Long before the Miranda's Rescue Humboldt soap opera made local, regional and some national headlines all basically with the same one sided narrative and claims that none of these media bothered to check out, I reported on a request for restraining order Moore lost against Shannon Miranda. Unlike the recent attacks by all the anti Shannon Miranda and anti Miranda's Rescue investigation; there wasn't the gossip, lie, smears, harassment from the pitchfork crowd I am experiencing now. If there was any backlash I am not aware.
On 6/12, I was in Courtroom 4 for several civil lawsuits. Moore's case against Ford Motor Company was on calendar. A hearing added after my May 2 post. I found out about this hearing the night before when I was checking on the other Courtroom 4 cases I had planned to cover.
Ms. Kaylynn Chenn appeared via Zoom for Ford Motor Company. While Mr. David Barry of Barry Law Firm is listed as Moore and Jaiden Kilby's attorney; Ms. Deborah Rabieian appeared in court that day. Moore and Kilby were not present. The hearing was for a motion for a protective order requested by Ford and Moore is in opposition.
Ms. Chen said that they were requesting the unmodified protective order from Los Angeles Superior Court.
Humboldt Superior Court Assistant Presiding Judge Timothy Canning granted Ford's motion.
The Case Management in the Moore vs Ford lawsuit already scheduled for 8/10/26 remains as set.
While I was listening to arguments in this Moore vs Ford case; it was so boring that even if snacks were allowed in court, I wouldn't waste popcorn. Those who read my prior coverage will get the relevance of popcorn.
For those tuning in late, I have linked most of the related posts for you to catch up on the Housewives of Fortuna, Ferndale and gossips of Rio Dell and SoHum reality show and the potential conflicts of interest that Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal has failed to address as have the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors.
