I was the first one to report on the lawsuits Redwood Oil filed against County of Humboldt et al. If you have not been following the coverage; look up the previous posts. For free, covering the amount of Humboldt cases and including court documents and other news I provide daily; I am not summarizing every case with every post for a few readers who do not read me regularly.
I have to wait so long for minutes and documents from Humboldt courts that by the time I get to update these cases, it is not only exhausting for me but the public.

The hearing on the 6/12 demurrer was vacated.
If a First amended writ of mandate was filed, it isn' t in ecourt. There is a hearing on 7/13 on a civil contempt motion filed by Redwood Oil and Jacksons Food Stores Inc. alleging the County of Humboldt et al have violated the preliminary injunction issued by Humboldt Superior Assistant Presiding Judge Timothy Canning.
