Pa Cheng a no show for sentencing in her drug case; DA should not have dismissed her pandering case

 

I should have just added this update to the July 1, 2025 post with other continuances for sentencing.

Yesterday, Pa Cheng's sentencing was continued to 6/15. She failed to appear and a bench warrant issued by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran for $5,000 and held until June 15.
