Kaiden Cerise charged with 7 felonies involving a child under 10

 

The DA filed a complaint today charging Kaiden Cerise with 7 felonies. There are several special allegations for Counts 1 to 5. Cerise is scheduled for late arraignment this afternoon. 

Cerise is ineligible for probation due to the special allegation 1203.065 (a) alleged several times in this case. The alleged victim is Baby Doe who is now a year and 5 months old.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm's request for no bail hold was granted. Public Defender request for referral to supervised release denied without prejudice by Retired Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin.

OR bail hearing on 6/25; preliminary hearing on 7/2.

I really pray this case does not go to preliminary hearing and the feds take it over. I almost puked reading the complaint.
