Abandoned vehicles are a problem all over Eureka but 3rd street between S and Target is consistently  an eyesore. EPD does their job despite the "hands off" approach of Humboldt enablers.

How many of these vehicles and miscreants on the street are drunks, stoners, drug addicts used to working under the table when they absolutely need  to enabled by Democrats and Northern California tolerance by people who give cash which goes to booze, cigs or whatever else. Are any of these people making an effort to look for work?
