Josue Diego Aguilar Garcia was sentenced to two years probation today by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum who took his plea. Deputy DA Candace Myers is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Garcia's attorney.
I will add court minutes later but the 281 days jail time imposed was covered by custody credits.
