Ryan Robertson arrested again by Fortuna PD for possession of meth; he already has an alleged molestation case

 

I covered Ryan Daniel's previous arrest and have followed his case regularly.  He was arrested yesterday by Fortuna Police Department and despite the jail log listing all 5 charges as fresh arrest; four are from the previous 2026 arrest. The only new charge is HS 11377 (a) possession of meth.

I have been adding updates on the first 2026 case to the March 4, 2026 post. Whether this new charge affects the dates already scheduled for Readiness Conference and jury trial depends on many factors including whether Robertson will be released back on the streets again.
