Today, a Case Management Conference was scheduled in Lakeview Loan Servicing vs Jonathan Dixon et al. The et al includes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Does 1 to 50.
A case management conference scheduled on 3/9/26 was continued by Lakeview to 6/8/26.
Dixon and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development were not present on 3/9/26 when Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly Neel was in Courtroom 4. Today, it is Humboldt Superior Court Assistant Presiding Judge Timothy Canning whose regular assignment is Courtroom 4.
A default was entered in favor of Lakeview Loan Servicing.
Dixon also has two convictions in two Humboldt criminal cases; one in 2021 and one in 2023.
