Convicted molestor Michael Conlee Jr's sentencing has been continued 7 times. On 6/25, Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum sentenced Conlee to three years in prison. He has 510 custody credits. Conlee has to register as a sex offender. Criminal protective order served in court. Judge Cockrum noted that Conlee suffers from a drvelopmental disability.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor on this case. Humboldt Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner is Conlee's attorney.
