I spoke with EPD Commander Leonard LaFrance. EPD is still investigating. DUI is not a factor. "It appears someone ran a red light." Multiple injuries. Juveniles are on scene. EPD is still getting statements and working on getting roadway cleared.
I appreciate Commander LaFrance providing me with initial details and told him that I will wait for the press release.
