Maybe Legal Impact for Chickens lawyers should look up what confidentiality and protective order means so they don't look foolish in court?

 

I haven't covered this lawsuit for months. If you read the October 13, 2024 post, you should know why.

This morning, I was in Courtroom 4 covering several other cases. I also am following up on other cases scheduled in Courtroom 4.

I heard about a ruling Humboldt Superior Court Assistant Judge Timothy Canning made this morning in this case. 

There was a hearing on a motion today filed by Harland Law Firm partner, Mr. John Lopez to uphold defendant's designation of auction yards records as "attorney eyes only" or confidential.

In Harland Law Firm's reply to the opposition filed by Legal Impact for Chickens lawyers, they cited case lae, said LIC violated a stipulated protective order by making public record more than 500 records produced by the Auction Yard in response to subpoenas.

Janssen Malloy's Ms. Meagan Yarnall substituted out on 9/30/24. Alene Anello is still representing LIC. I am sure if Ms. Yarnall was still on the case, she would know and follow a stipulation and court order.

I heard Judge Canning ruled in favor of Harland Law Firm and the Alexandre's. Court minutes are not going to be available this early in the day. Post will be updated.
