Michael Bianco was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 236 false imprisonment and PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant more commonly known as domestic violence.
Colt Eldon Brown arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday for PC 220(a) assault with intent to commit a felony, PC 236 false imprisonment, PC 422 criminal threats,
PC 211 robbery, PC 242 battery, PC240 assault and PC 1203.2(a) probation violation.
Brown has seven criminals cases in Humboldt Superior Court, two prior 2025 criminal cases filed 8/28/25 and 9/11/25 which are open. He was represented by Ms. Rebecca Linkous and placed on tribal diversion in both 2025 cases and released from jail on supervised release.
