Joylyn Dione Heiser was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department on a bench warrant issued on 1/6/26 in a 2024 case for PC 118 (a) perjury and WI10980(c)(2) welfare fraud. Released from jail on OR misdemeanor.
41 search results come up for Heiser in Humboldt Superior Court but there are a few duplicate listings; a glitch not fixed despite my writing about it and letting Humboldt Superior Court tech and admin know several times. She also has several open cases.
