Judge Wilson orders restitution and for Carson Crossley to directly pay the victim

On 1/22/26, there was a restitution hearing for Carson Crossley. Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Wilson made a factual finding of total damages of $411, 313 and Crossley was ordered to pay $9,707 directly to the victim. You can read the court minutes. Maybe the order make things more clear and if necessary, I will update the post. With the amount of cases I have to check and depending on when the order is filed and entered, I don't know when I will have the time.
