Just like the Delman Smith and pothole lawsuit, in this lawsuit Laila Khaleeli wants people to think that the sidewalk on 1207 E only affected her and injured her?

 

I posted on this lawsuit on January 8. There were no documents available and today, the complaint was filed. I added them to the January 8 post.

Just like the Delman Smith and pothole lawsuit, in this lawsuit Laila Khaleeli wants people to think that the sidewalk on 1207 E only affected her and injured her? I walked by that area hundreds of times just as I am sure many people have driven on their bike in the same area as Delman Smith's lawsuit.

 None of us are filing a personal injury lawsuit.

Unlike the elevator being misaligned with the floor in the Humboldt jail where there is no other option, Smith and Khaleeli could see the hazard and step aside and take a different route. If they didn't see it; they weren't paying attention. 

One has to question the lawyers suing the City of Eureka in the Smith and Khaleeli lawsuits. One is local; one is from Los Angeles.
