City of Eureka files lawsuit against Dick Henderson with a detailed complaint alleging public nuisance, fire and building code violations, roosters, unsafe wiring, unsecured wiring, infest and vermin infestation

 

Yesterday, the City of Eureka filed a lawsuit against Dick Leroy Henderson et al. Eureka City Attorney Robert Black's petition requests appointment of a receiver for the property at 25 Wabash Street.

Eureka City Code Enforcement, Humboldt County Drug Task Force, fire code and building violations, roosters, unsafe wiring, unsecured wiring, infest and vermin infestation and other factual background is listed in the 7 page complaint.

A case management conference is scheduled on 7/13/26.
