 guilty plea to Count 2 petty theft, dismissal of Count 1 & sentenced by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran to 1 year probation, stay away from Blue Ox, court minutes state Ortega is to be booked and released on or before 1/30/26 but no jail time imposed
