Among the usual Humboldt arrests for violent crimes, DUIS and repeat offenders were Caidence Ellebrecht and John Moreno.
19 year old Caidence Ellebrecht was arrested by CHP today for VC23152 (a) DUI and VC 23152(b) blood alcohol above legal limit. She was released on O.R.
29 year old John Moreno was arrested by Fortuna Police Department today VC23152 (a) DUI, VC 23152(b) blood alcohol above legal limit and VC 12500(a) driving without a license. He was released on O.R.
Based on his age and the booking photo, this is not the John Moreno arrested in 2013.
Both these cases are misdemeanor DUIs and both these suspects are out of custody so even if charges are filed, it could take months. DUIS are dime a dozen in Humboldt daily, these are misdemeanors, from booking charges there do not appear to be victims.
